It was time for this Icon of the Perth pub scene to receive a new lease on life and that’s just what owners Lawson and Dave set out to do when they acquired the venue in late 2019. Embarking on a 12 month refurbishment project, the owners aimed to attract a younger crowd back to the venue with a mix of Heritage features and contemporary design. We were engaged to provide a host of dining options that included bespoke American Oak  and Victorian Ash tables, some with solid Brass border accents for the indoor areas, and Slatted   Spotted Gum and Steel tables for the Alfresco areas. Designed in collaboration with the client and the team at Techne Architects and Interior Design,  The venue has managed to draw new life and vibrancy back to this landmark venue on ‘THE’ main intersection in Suburban Subiaco.
